Maui Sands Seaside epitomizes the wonderful old school feeling of Hawaii, peaceful ocean breezes and epic ocean and outer island views. The Maui Sands Seaside was built in 1966 and there are still guests, their children, and grandchildren that have been coming since it was first built! This is a peaceful and quiet community filled with mature tropical gardens including a mango tree, bananas and a bounty of tropical flowers and palms! The residents are a lovely mix of owners that live on property and guests who come for holiday. To the north and the south are lovely sandy beaches, but the real gem of the property is the Pacific Ocean View and the world class snorkeling right in front. Maui Sands Seaside sits on a stretch of oceanfront facing the Island of Lanai just to the south, and Molokai directly across the channel for one of the more spectacular sunset views on the island of Maui. The Maui Sands Seaside also has a oceanfront observation deck and beach access where you can spot Green Sea Turtles and humpback whales (during whale season).
