If you crave a clean comfortable and soothing space to relax and recover from a busy life, this is it! This newly and lovingly renovated condo on the 2nd floor of a two story building has been designed with relaxation in mind. This unit is perfect to snorkel, paddle board and kayak right off the shoreline!

This is a 600sf one bedroom unit at Maui Sands Seaside. With extra living space on the large lanai that runs the entire width of the unit, you can enjoy delicious meals or a superb Maui evening with wine or cocktails al fresco. The lanai overlooks our tropical garden. Maui Sands has some of the best and most mature gardens in the area!

We have a wonderful peekaboo ocean view, but the best part about this location is in the proximity to the shoreline. You are literally 50’ from the water and you can hear the ocean waves in every room. Nothing is more soothing than falling asleep to the sound of the waves. This unit is perfect to snorkel, paddle board and kayak right off the shoreline! The kitchen provides everything needed to cook a gourmet meal for friends and family, or afternoon pupus. New stainless steel appliances and tile makes preparing a meal a joy! The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bad and louvered windows that open out to the shore and breezes. This unit also boasts an in room washer and dryer for your use.

The BBQ grill is just a short walk down the steps next to our observation deck, perched over the seawall where there are chaise lounges for relaxing and enjoying the scenery or one of our fabulous  Maui Sunsets. This is a fabulous spot for enjoying one of our amazing sunsets, or watching the turtles swim by. The property has an observation deck over the sea wall with gorgeous views of Lanai and Molokai.

This home is unique in that it has the undying love and attention of three special couples who are partners and friends in its ownership.

*Dave and Betsy – ‘We each discovered Hawaii in our youth, and our love of it was one of the first things we learned we had in common. After a Hawaiian-themed wedding, we flew to Maui from Olympia, Washington, for our honeymoon. As high school teachers, we were able to spend many winter breaks in Maui; and, eventually, we discovered Maui Sands. It felt like a miracle to be able to own part of Unit 715, and it has become a cherished second home. Snorkeling, whale watching, exploring, and reading at the beach during the day, then, visiting with friends and watching the sun drop into the ocean each evening from the deck—what a life!’

*Paul and Dena – ‘We are a retired couple living in Vancouver Washington. We jumped at the chance to own a piece of paradise. Spending part of our retirement in Hawaii has been a dream come true. The peacefulness of Maui Sands and the neighborhood of Honokowai are big pluses for us. The nearby Farmers’ Market as well as restaurants and a supermarket allow us to stay close to home if we choose. Sunsets, views of Lanai & Molokai and sea life add to the serenity. Exploring the island and enjoying its natural beauty are a part of every visit.’

*Paul and Kathy – ‘ We are lifelong residents of Lacey, Washington. We were presented the opportunity to buy-in on this partnership (we were reluctant at first), and we are sure glad we took the leap! This place is wonderful! We could easily just say ‘ditto’ to the comments/reasons our partners provide above regards what to enjoy here at Maui Sands and on the island of Maui. We would be remiss, however, if we didn’t share Paul’s personal favorite – enjoying a good Syrah or Cabernet watching each evening’s sunset just out front atop the seawall, or Kathy’s appreciation for all the opportunity to indulge in the island’s arts and crafts scene. The inspiration is endless.
