Relax and enjoy the sound of the ocean waves! This condo is mere steps to the ocean and the nightly spectacular sunsets! This condo has one bedroom with a king size bed, and brand spanking new bathroom, with step-in shower. The Living area is clean and open with a comfortable queen size pull out couch, indoor dining, and a kitchen that boasts everything you need to cook almost anything! This is the owners second home, so there is everything you need in this kitchen to prepare a dinner or a light snack! We keep a selection of spices on hand as well. There is also a newly installed BBQ adjacent to our observation deck overlooking the seawall. The lanai has seating for dining and a chaise lounge for sunning and relaxing.  We have an observation deck, built out over the seawall for whale watching and spectacular sunset views! This unit is perfect to snorkel, paddle board and kayak right off the shoreline! The owners are Irwin and Daphne Culver. They have been married for 45 years, and live and work in Apache Junction, AZ. Irwin is a licensed plumber and works as a maintenance technician,  but his real calling is remodeling cars and looking after his Koi pond. Daphne is retired and rescues Yorkies for YTNR and Mill Dog Rescue. “We purchased this condo after staying on the property several times. We wanted a special place that we can truly call our second home, somewhere we can settle into and just enjoy!”
