Kai Moana Hale

We are thrilled to announce the addition of the Maui Sands 6H condo to the Grace Vacation Rentals Ohana! This condo is a one bedroom/one bath that sleeps 4 guests max. We’ve named this unit Kai Moana Hale for the feeling of being close to the ocean. In fact, this unit is close to the ocean, you can even see it from the living room couch! Speaking of the couch, it’s a queen sleeper and the spacious living room allows for easy bed time conversion.

The living room feels huge! It feels big because it is big. The couch faces the ocean view and the T.V. The living area opens up to a lanai that has a garden view and ocean view. This unit is unique, it has a straight view of the ocean between two buildings. The table and chairs on the lanai make it a relaxing place to enjoy morning coffee, meals, cocktails, or just soak up the paradise vibes.

The kitchen is what makes staying in a condo that much better! Having a full refrigerator and stove is priceless. It can get expensive eating every meal out, especially if you are travelling with growing kiddos. We love that this unit also has a dishwasher for easy clean up! It’s the details that make a big impact and the elegance of granite counter tops and warm wood cabinets is on full display here. Speaking of details, the crown molding found throughout the condo is a classy finishing touch.

The vanity area connects the main living area with the bedroom and bathroom. Again here the warm wood cabinets flow through gracefully and pocket doors divide these areas for increased privacy.  There is a stand up shower with plenty of room, a built in stool, and a new shower head.

The bedroom is adorable! The adjustable-shutter window coverings makes it easy to get the perfect cozy day time room lighting for an afternoon nap, after a morning at the beach, why not? You’re on vacation! Night stands on each side of the bed with cute tropical lamps, a wood leafed ceiling fan, and a rattan armoire (complete with linens) makes the bedroom feel warm and comfy. The closet even opens up with more space and room to hang clothes.
