Maui Farm Events, Tropical Charcuterie Workshop – Friday, April 11, 2025
Spend the afternoon learning the art of building a gorgeous & delicious charcuterie platter! Annie from Aloha Moon Maui will guide students in selecting seasonal ingredients, pairing cheeses & charcuterie meats, and of course– making your plate look beautiful & appetizing. We’ll learn about some local & staple charcuterie ingredients, how to cut, fold, & prepare them in creative ways, and how to plate a masterpiece with a wow-factor! Students will be provided with all necessary materials to create their very own stunning tropical charcuterie platter. Attendees are invited to bring their favorite beverages to enjoy during the class. Beer and Wine are welcome. Water, ice, glassware, and wine openers will be provided at the venue. Relax and enjoy the panoramic views of West Maui from a beautiful event deck as the sun sets!

Maui Grown 808, ‘Ulana Lau Niu Easter Basket Workshop – Sunday, April 13, 2025
Just in time for Easter egg hunts! Students will learn to weave cute coconut leaf baskets for our Keiki (kids) or Mo’opuna. The Baskets can come in many different forms, and then an added handle! Students will be provided with all necessary materials, but are encouraged to bring their own flora to experiment with. Attendees are invited to bring their favorite beverages to enjoy during the class. Beer and Wine are welcome. Water, ice, glassware, and wine openers will be provided at the venue.
